Resident Pages Information
The “For Residents” section of the website is reserved for the use of Potomac Farms Homeowners Association (PFHOA) residents.
The web pages in this section require a password for access. Please note that the password is case-sensitive.
If you are a PFHOA resident, you can submit a request for the password using the “Contacts” web page. Please note that there may be a delay in responding to password requests since these requests are handled individually by one of the PFHOA Board members.
After the correct password has been submitted, all “For Residents” web pages should be accessible without requiring the user to submit the password again. If a resident does not access the protected “For Residents” portion of the PFHOA website for 14 days, they will be logged out automatically and will need to re-enter the password again to access the “For Residents” web pages.
As a cautionary note when accessing the “For Residents” web pages, it may be necessary to have the web browser’s cookies enabled. In some cases where browser cookies were disabled, the homeowner was unable to view the “For Residents” web pages.
Information for Logging Out
A resident can manually log out of the “For Residents” portion of the PFHOA website by doing the following :
- Click on the menu option “Logout” that is located within the “For Residents” sub-menu
- On the blank line of the next web page, after Password:, type “logout” in lower case letters without the quotation marks and click on the Enter button
