The Potomac Farms community is located in North Potomac, Maryland, in the heart of Montgomery County about 20 miles north of Washington, DC. It is north of the town of Potomac and in-between the Maryland cities of Rockville and Gaithersburg.

It is conveniently located about a seven minute local drive from the western ends of I-370 and the MD-200 Interstate Highway Connector. The MD-200 Interstate Highway Connector offers an easy (toll) connection to the coastal I-95 Interstate highway. The I-270 Interstate highway is also about a seven minute drive away.
