Use of the form shown below is preferred and should result in a more timely response.

There may be a delay in responding to message requests since these requests are handled individually by one of the PFHOA Board members.

Also, note that D.H. Bader Management, Inc. (formerly IKO CM) (tel: 301-953-1955) is the company that provides Potomac Farms with general property management services. Lynn Weymer is the D.H. Bader Community Manager for Potomac Farms (e-mail: lweymer@dhbader.com). D.H. Bader may be contacted directly for issues related to the general property management services that they perform for PFHOA such as the collection of assessment payments, etc. D.H. Bader does NOT maintain this PFHOA website.
